The Avery County Rodeo Showdown is riding into Newland this August for two nights of adrenaline, music, and family fun. From heart-pounding bull riding and barrel racing to crowd-favorite mutton bustin’, this is your chance to experience true rodeo action in the heart of the High Country.

Join us Friday and Saturday, August 8–9, at 661 Vale Rd in Newland, NC. Gates open at 6:00 PM each night with live music kicking things off at 6:30 PM. Whether you're a seasoned rodeo fan or just looking for a fun night out, this event promises an unforgettable experience for all ages.
